Shannon Tucker

A skilled communications strategist, creative thinker and compelling storyteller, Shannon is passionate about working with senior leaders to advance their visions, navigate complex situations and build and protect their brands and reputations.  She’s known for helping companies connect communications to tangible outcomes. 

With a background in external and crisis communications, she has worked with clients across a range of sectors including consumer, healthcare, crypto/bitcoin, FinTech, HRTech, travel/hospitality, professional services and education, among others.  Recent client wins include guiding a Bitcoin mining company through a public listing, securing a video feature in Vanity Fair that increased product sales, and landing a Forbes cover story to differentiate the brand against its biggest competitor. 

A Ragan’s Top Women in Communications award winner and PR News Crisis Communications Campaign finalist, Shannon’s work and insights have been featured in Forbes, Fast Company, PR News, and PR Daily.

Prior to joining Resilere, Shannon was the senior-most client facing executive at a leading Colorado-based, full-service communications firm. She brings deep experience in media relations, corporate communications, LinkedIn management, narrative development, executive coaching / public speaking and writing with impact. 

Earlier in her career, Shannon worked for a DC-based communications agency, where she was a project manager for federal government clients such as the Department of Education, Department of Veterans Affairs, and the U.S. Census Bureau. Before that she spent five years as a high school English teacher.

A graduate of Saginaw Valle State University, she earned a master’s degree in Strategic Public Relations from The George Washington University. Based in Denver, CO, she loves hiking, most animals, traveling and competitive board games.
